MyInvois Portal Registration Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of registering and navigating the MyInvois Portal.

Step 1: Access the Portal

Go to the following link to access the pre-production environment:

Step 2: Select ID Type and Enter Identification Number

  • On the login page, choose ID type as Identification Card No.
  • Provide your Identification Number in the required field.

Step 3: Enter Your Password

  • You will be redirected to the password entry page.
  • Enter your password to continue.

Step 4: Select MyInvois and Preprod Option

  • Once logged in, you will land on the home page.
  • At the top, find the MyInvois option.
  • Choose Preprod from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Switch Taxpayer

  • Navigate to the profile icon located in the top right corner.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Switch Taxpayer.
  • You will be directed to the Switch Taxpayer page.

Step 6: Choose Your Registered Company

  • On the Switch Taxpayer page, select your registered company name from the list.
  • Click Switch to return to the MyInvois portal home page.

Note: If you cannot find your registered company name in the Switch Taxpayer page, you will need to proceed with the New Role Application process.

New Role Application

If the company is not listed under the Director's account in the MyInvois portal, you will need to apply for a new role using the following steps:

1: Login to MyInvois Portal

  • Follow the steps outlined in the [MyInvois Portal Guide] to log in.
  • After logging in, you will land on the home page as shown below.

2: Access the Profile Section

  • Click on the Profile section in the top-right corner.
  • You will be directed to the profile page as shown below.

3: Navigate to the Role Application Tab

  • On the profile page, find and click the Role Application tab.

4: Select Application Type and Role

  • Choose the Type of Application as New Application.
  • Select the Type of Role as Director of the Company or Organization Administrator.

5: Add Company TIN and Upload Supporting Documents

  • Enter the registered company's TIN Number.
  • Upload the supporting document for company registration (e.g., Section 58).
    • Ensure the file size is less than 2 MB.

6: Submit the Application

  • Check the confirmation box.
  • Click Submit to complete the application process.

After submission, your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified once the role is assigned.

Step 7: View Taxpayer Profile

  • Return to the profile icon at the top right.

  • Click on View Taxpayer Profile.
  • The Taxpayer Profile page will appear.

Step 8: Add an Intermediary

  • Scroll down to the Representatives section.
  • Look for the Add Intermediary option and click on it.

Step 9: Enter Compliance Details

  • After clicking Add Intermediary, enter the Compliance Details provided by the CSM.

Step 10: Search and Set E-Invoicing Period

  • After providing the details, click Search.
  • Set the e-invoicing period with compliance for 1 year.
  • Click Continue.

The intermediary will be added under the Intermediaries section.

Step 11: Alternative Option – Registering ERP

If you face issues setting up the intermediary and they are not resolved in the given time, you can use an alternative option:

  • Under the Representatives section, register the ERP as shown below.

Step 12: Get Client ID and Secret

  • After providing the required details, you will receive the Client ID and Client Secret.
  • These details will be used by the Complyance team.

Step 13: Setting Up the Production Environment

To set up the production environment:

  • Follow the same steps as outlined above for the pre-production environment.
  • If you encounter any issues, please contact the CSM for assistance.
